This shop system: acquires customer-identifying information that has been inputted to a lock control device (50) for controlling a lock of a locked shelf showcasing an age-restricted product; determines whether a customer identified with the customer-identifying information has already executed an age confirmation process and whether the customer meets a purchase condition for the age-restricted product; and transmits a release instruction to release the lock of the locked shelf to the lock control device (50) if the customer has already executed the age confirmation process and meets the purchase condition.
Le système de magasin selon la présente invention : acquiert des informations d'identification de client qui ont été entrées dans un dispositif de commande de verrou (50) pour commander un verrou d'une étagère verrouillée exposant un produit à vente restreinte en fonction de l'âge ; détermine si un client, identifié avec les informations d'identification de client, a déjà exécuté un processus de confirmation d'âge et si le client satisfait une condition d'achat pour le produit à vente restreinte en fonction de l'âge ; et transmet une instruction de déblocage pour débloquer le verrou de l'étagère verrouillée au dispositif de commande de verrou (50) si le client a déjà exécuté le processus de confirmation d'âge et s'il satisfait la condition d'achat.
本発明の店舗システムは、年齢制限付商品が陳列されたロック付棚のロックを制御するロック制御装置（５０）に入力された顧客特定情報を取得し、顧客特定情報で特定される顧客が年齢確認処理を実行済みであるか否か、及び、年齢制限付商品の購入条件を満たすか否かを判断し、顧客が年齢確認処理を実行済みであり、かつ、購入条件を満たす場合、ロック付棚のロックを解除する解除指示をロック制御装置（５０）に送信する。
