The arm support device comprises a tail end arm support (1), a first conveying pipe (2), a second conveying pipe (3), a first connecting member (4) and a driving cylinder (6), wherein the first conveying pipe (2) is fixed on the tail end arm support (1) in an extension direction of the tail end arm support (1); the second conveying pipe (3) is in communication with the first conveying pipe (2) and is rotationally connected to one end of the first conveying pipe (2); a straight pipe section (31) of the second conveying pipe (3) protrudes out of the tail end arm support (1) in the extension direction of the tail end arm support (1); the first connecting member (4) is fixed to the second conveying pipe (3); and one end of the driving cylinder (6) is rotationally connected to the tail end arm support (1), and the other end thereof is rotationally connected to the first connecting member (4). The arm support device and the concrete pump truck may distribute materials remotely, and are lightweight and have a good stability.
