Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rinnensystem (1) mit wenigstens einer Rahmeneinheit (10), wenigstens einer Deckeleinheit (20) und wenigstens einem Sicherungselement (30), wobei die Rahmeneinheit (10) wenigstens einen Aufnahmebereich (12) zur Anordnung der Deckeleinheit (20) aufweist, und wobei das Sicherungselement (30) zum Eingriff in die Deckeleinheit (20) und zum lösbaren Eingriff in den Aufnahmebereich (12) ausgebildet ist, sodass eine Verschränkung der Deckeleinheit (20) in dem Aufnahmebereich (12) der Rahmeneinheit (10) bereitstellbar ist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Deckeleinheit (20) und ein Sicherungselement (30).
