METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING QUASI-INCOMBUSTIBLE THERMAL INSULATION SHEET, AND QUASI-INCOMBUSTIBLE THERMAL INSULATION SHEET MANUFACTURED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a quasi-incombustible thermal insulation sheet, and a quasi-incombustible thermal insulation sheet manufactured thereby. A method for manufacturing a quasi-incombustible thermal insulation sheet according to the present invention comprises: a mixing step for mixing incombustible material in the form of powder, thermal insulation material in the form of microscopic hollow-sphere powder, and a cross-linking agent for coupling the incombustible material and the thermal insulation material; a stirring step for heating and stirring the mixture obtained in the mixing step; an extrusion step for extrusion-molding the mixture, obtained in the stirring step, in the form of a sheet; and a compression step for compressing the mixture, molded in the form of a sheet in the extrusion step, in the thickness direction.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille d'isolation thermique quasi-incombustible et une feuille d'isolation thermique quasi-incombustible ainsi fabriquée. Un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille d'isolation thermique quasi-incombustible selon la présente invention comprend : une étape de mélange consistant à mélanger un matériau incombustible sous forme de poudre, un matériau d'isolation thermique sous forme de poudre de sphères creuses microscopiques et un agent de réticulation pour coupler le matériau incombustible et le matériau d'isolation thermique ; une étape d'agitation consistant à chauffer et agiter le mélange obtenu au cours de l'étape de mélange ; une étape d'extrusion consistant à mouler par extrusion le mélange, obtenu au cours de l'étape d'agitation, sous la forme d'une feuille ; et une étape de compression consistant à comprimer le mélange, moulé sous la forme d'une feuille au cours de l'étape d'extrusion, dans le sens de l'épaisseur.
