Provided in the present invention are a method for manufacturing a thermal insulation panel, and a thermal insulation panel using same, and a thermal insulation wall. The method comprises: providing a core; providing the core in an encapsulation bag, and performing vacuum pumping processing to form a thermal insulation board; and providing the thermal insulation board on a substrate to form a thermal insulation panel, wherein when needling processing is performed on the core, needles pierce through a part of the thickness of the core, so as to form the core into a porous structure. The thermal insulation panel manufactured by the manufacturing method has a good thermal insulation effect and high applicability.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'isolation thermique et un panneau d'isolation thermique l'utilisant, et une paroi d'isolation thermique. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à fournir un noyau ; à fournir le noyau dans un sac d'encapsulation, et à réaliser un traitement de pompage sous vide pour former une carte d'isolation thermique ; et à fournir une carte d'isolation thermique sur un substrat pour former un panneau d'isolation thermique, lors de la réalisation d'un traitement d'aiguilletage sur le noyau, des aiguilles perçant à travers une partie de l'épaisseur du noyau, de manière à former le noyau dans une structure poreuse. Le panneau d'isolation thermique fabriqué par le procédé de fabrication présente un bon effet d'isolation thermique et une applicabilité élevée.
本发明提出一种保温板材的制造方法及其应用的保温板材及保温墙，包括：提供一芯材；将所述芯材设置在封装袋内，进行抽真空处理，以形成保温板；将所述保温板设置在基板上，以形成所述保温板材；其中，在所述芯材进行针刺处理时，刺针穿过所述芯材的部分厚度，以将所述芯材形成多孔结构。通过该制造方法制造的保温板材保温效果好，适用性强。
