VERFAHREN UND VORRICHTUNG ZUR BEREITSTELLUNG VON MIT INDIVIDUALISIERTEN DEKOREN VERSEHENEN LAMINATPANEELEN
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bereitstellung von mit individualisierten Dekoren versehenen Laminatpaneelen, insbesondere Holzwerkstofflaminatpaneelen, für eine Partei B, insbesondere einen Endverbraucher umfassend die Schritte: Bereitstellen von mindestens einem formatierten Laminatpaneelrohling durch eine Partei A, insbesondere einen Laminathersteller, wobei der Laminatpaneelrohling eine mit einer Beschichtung als Druckgrundierung und mindestens einem Gegenzug verpresste Trägerplatte und mit in die Paneelkanten eingefügte Verbindungselemente umfasst, Aufdrucken von mindestens einem individuell durch den Endverbraucher ausgewählten Dekor auf den Laminatpaneelrohling im Digitaldruck; und Aufpressen von mindestens einer thermoplastischen Folie als Verschleißschicht auf das Druckdekor. Das Aufdrucken des Dekors und das Aufpressen der Folie erfolgt am Point-of-Sale (POS).
The invention relates to a method for providing laminate panels, in particular wood laminate panels, provided with individualised decorations for a party B, in particular an end consumer, comprising the steps of: providing at least one formatted laminate panel blank by a party A, in particular a laminate manufacturer, the laminate panel blank comprising a carrier plate compressed with a coating as print primer and at least one counterpart and connection elements inserted into the panel edges; printing at least one decoration selected individually by the end consumer onto the laminate panel blank by means of digital printing; and pressing at least one thermoplastic film as wear layer onto the printed decoration. The decoration is printed on and the film pressed on at the point-of-sale (POS).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de panneaux stratifiés, en particulier des panneaux stratifiés en bois, pourvus de décorations individualisées pour une partie B, en particulier un consommateur final, ledit procédé consistant : à obtenir d'une partie A, en particulier un fabricant de stratifiés, au moins une ébauche de panneau stratifié formaté comprenant une plaque de support comprimée pourvue d'un revêtement servant d'amorce d'impression et au moins une contre-empreinte, ainsi que des éléments de liaison insérés dans les bords de panneau ; à imprimer sur l'ébauche de panneau stratifié, par impression numérique, au moins une décoration sélectionnée individuellement par le consommateur final ; et à presser au moins un film thermoplastique en tant que couche d'usage sur la décoration imprimée. La décoration est imprimée et le film est pressé au point de vente (POS).
