The invention relates to a module (2) of substantially parallelepipedal shape intended to create a modular dwelling (1) comprising a bearing structure made of reinforced concrete, which comprises: - a floor slab (4) comprising a metal reinforcing structure (7) which comprises anchoring means (10) situated near the four corners of the floor slab (4) and designed to collaborate with removable lifting means (11), - at least three corner posts (5) which are situated at at least three corners of the floor slab (4) at the level of the anchoring means (10) and of which the metal reinforcing structure (8) is connected to the metal reinforcing structure (7) of the floor slab, - a roof slab (6) of which the metal reinforcing structure (9) is connected to the metal reinforcing structure (8) of the corner posts (5), and - four vertical channels (12) passing at least through the roof slab (6) and offering, from the upper face of the roof slab (6), access to the anchoring means (10) of the floor slab (4) in vertical alignment with which they are situated. The invention also relates to a modular dwelling (1) comprising at least one module according to the invention.
L'invention concerne un module (2) de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique destiné à la formation d'un habitat modulaire (1) comprenant une structure porteuse en béton armé qui comprend : - une dalle plancher (4) comprenant une armature métallique (7) qui comporte des moyens d'ancrage (10) situés à proximité des quatre coins de la dalle plancher (4) et adaptés pour coopérer avec des moyens de levage (11) amovibles, - au moins trois poteaux d'angle (5) qui sont situés à au moins trois coins de la dalle plancher (4) au niveau des moyens d'ancrage (10) et dont l'armature métallique (8) est liée à l'armature métallique (7) de la dalle plancher, - une dalle plafond (6) dont l'armature métallique (9) est liée à l'armature métallique (8) des poteaux d'angle (5), et - quatre canaux verticaux (12), traversant au moins la dalle plafond (6) et offrant, à partir de la face supérieure de la dalle plafond (6), un accès aux moyens d'ancrage (10) de la dalle plancher (4) à l'aplomb desquels ils sont situés. L'invention concerne également un habitat modulaire (1) comprenant au moins un module selon l'invention.
