NOISE MITIGATION PANEL (VARIANTS)
Proposed are variants of noise mitigation panels comprising a body formed by a front working surface, a rear surface, one horizontal surface with a trapezoidal locking tongue running the entire length of the panel, one horizontal surface with a trapezoidal locking groove running the entire length of the panel, a sound-absorbing filler disposed inside the body, and vertical edge covers which close off the edges of the body. The body is a one-piece structure in which the front working surface is configured in the form of alternating horizontal radial or arcuate peaks and troughs, and in one variant the front working surface is perforated with vertical apertures or slots throughout the entire length of the panel. The technical result is an increase in the noise mitigation properties and reliability of the panel.
L'invention concerne des variantes de panneaux de protection contre le bruit comprenant un corps défini par une surface de travail avant, une surface arrière, une surface horizontale avec une protubérance de verrouillage trapézoïdale sur toute la longueur du panneau, et une surface horizontale avec une gorge de verrouillage trapézoïdale sur toute la longueur du panneau, une matière de charge absorbant les sons disposée dans le corps, et des couvercles d'extrémité verticaux fermant les extrémités du corps. Le corps consiste en une pièce unique, dans lequel la surface de travail avant du corps se présente sous forme de protubérances et de gorges radiales ou arquées horizontales et alternantes et, dans une variante, est perforée par des ouvertures ou des entailles verticales sur toute la longueur du panneau. Le résultat technique consiste en une augmentation des propriétés de protection contre le bruit des panneaux.
Предлагаются варианты шумозащитных панелей содержащих корпус, образованный передней рабочей поверхностью, задней поверхностью, одной горизонтальной поверхностью с замковым трапецевидным выступом по всей длине панели и одной горизонтальной поверхностью с замковым трапецевидным пазом по всей длине панели, звукопоглощающий наполнитель, размещаемый внутри корпуса и вертикальные торцевые крышки, закрывающие торцы корпуса. При этом корпус представляет собой единую деталь, где передняя рабочая поверхность корпуса выполнена в виде чередующихся горизонтальных радиусных или дуговых выступов и впадин и по одному из вариантов перфорирована вертикальными отверстиями или прорезями по всей длине панели. Технический результат - повышение шумозащитных свойств и надежности панелей.
