Disclosed is a cabin for epidemic prevention and control detection and virus preliminary screening. The cabin comprises a biological safety detection cabin and a negative pressure isolation cabin which are both cuboid-shaped. A cabin entrance door and a cabin exit door are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the biological safety detection cabin, the rear side of the negative pressure isolation cabin and the front side of the biological safety detection cabin close to the cabin exit door are in butt joint and in communication by means of a side cabin door, an L-shaped structure is formed by the rear side of the negative pressure isolation cabin and the biological safety detection cabin, a portal frame close to the cabin entrance door is arranged in the biological safety detection cabin, and an induction-type body-temperature detection device and a body-temperature abnormality alarm apparatus are arranged on the portal frame. The present invention is scientific in principle, novel in design and simple and compact in structure, provides society with a technical means capable of strictly sealing and controlling hazards and guaranteeing the safe proceeding of normal social activities by using information technology and biotechnology, and has very important social value and economic value.
