MINERAL BINDER
The invention relates to a mineral binder suitable for use in binding aggregate in a mineral mortar or concrete mixture, said binder comprising the following components: a) at least 40 wt% of calcined kaolinitic clay and ultrafine crushed CDW, wherein the ratio between calcined clay and ultrafine crushed CDW is between 3:7 and 1:1 (w/w), b) optionally 2-50 wt.% of a chemical activator; and wherein the calcined kaolinitic clay, the ultrafine crushed CDW and the optionally present chemical activator are present in a combined amount of at least 90 wt.%, based on the total weight of the binder. The invention further relates to mineral mortar or concrete mixtures based on this mineral binder, as well as building units made from these mixtures.
L'invention concerne un liant minéral approprié pour être utilisé dans la liaison d'agrégat dans un mélange de mortier ou de béton minéral, ledit liant comprenant les constituants suivants : a) au moins 40 % en poids d'argile kaolinique calcinée et de CDW broyé ultrafin, le rapport entre l'argile calcinée et le CDW broyé ultrafin étant compris entre 3:7 et 1:1 (poids/poids), b) éventuellement de 2 à 50 % en poids d'un activateur chimique ; et l'argile kaolinique calcinée, le CDW broyé ultrafin et l'activateur chimique éventuellement présent étant présents en une quantité combinée d'au moins 90 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du liant. L'invention concerne en outre des mélanges de mortier ou de béton minéraux à base de ce liant minéral, ainsi que des unités de construction fabriquées à partir de ces mélanges.
