One embodiment of the present invention provides an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing program which can efficiently handle a three-dimensional model and damage information of a building on the basis of images obtained by photographing the building. In one aspect, the image processing device comprises a processor, and a memory for storing a plurality of images obtained by photographing a building and a three-dimensional model of the building in association with each other. The processor performs a developing process for developing the three-dimensional model to a two-dimensional image, an extraction process for extracting damage information of the building on the basis of the plurality of images, a mapping process for mapping the damage information onto the two-dimensional image, and an output process for outputting the mapped two-dimensional image.
