The present invention displays degradation information indicating the degradation state of a road in accordance with the display range of a map. A degradation display system comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires a degradation index indicating the degradation state of a road section; and a display control means for changing display of the map in accordance with the display range and the scale of the map, and superposing and displaying degradation information based on the degradation index in an area on the map or the road section in the area, wherein the display control unit superposes and displays, for each area, the degradation information based on the degradation index in a display form corresponding to the degree of the degradation index of the area when the scale of the map is small, and superposes and displays, for each road section, the degradation information based on the degradation index in a display form corresponding to the degree of the degradation index of the road section when the scale of the map is large.
