A supporting mechanism (10) and a folding ward. The supporting mechanism (10) comprises a body (11) and air drive units (12). The body (11) is internally provided with an air channel for air to flow. The body (11) is provided with an air inlet (111) and air outlets (112). The air inlet (111) and the air outlets (112) are all in communication with the air channel. The number of air outlets (112) is greater than or equal to 2. One air drive unit (12) is disposed at each air outlet (112). Each air drive unit (12) is disposed in the air channel. The supporting mechanism (10) not only has the function of supporting, but also has the function of being able to provide a negative-pressure environment and fresh air for the folding ward.
