The present invention relates to a quick-assembly and quick-disassembly formwork system of a building ribbed structure. The system is characterized by comprising a formwork, metal forms, metal supporting corner blocks, ground supporting upright columns and connecting members. Long edges on two sides of each metal form are connected to the formwork, short edges on two sides of each metal form are connected to the metal supporting corner blocks, and the peripheries of the metal supporting corner blocks are connected to the metal forms. A construction process for the quick-assembly and quick-disassembly formwork system of a building ribbed structure is characterized by comprising the steps of: S1, assembling formwork single bodies; S2, building ground supporting upright columns; S3, jointing the formwork single bodies into a whole; S4, performing inspection and acceptance; S5, arranging steel bars; S6, pouring concrete; S7, after the strength of the concrete reaches a preset degree, completely removing the formwork and metal forms, and reusing the formwork and the metal forms in the next construction section of the present project; and S8, after construction specification requirements are met, removing the ground supporting upright columns and the metal supporting corner blocks. The present invention greatly improves construction efficiency, reduces labor intensity and shortens the construction period.
La présente invention concerne un système de coffrage à montage et démontage rapide d'une structure de construction nervurée. Le système est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un coffrage, des coffrages métalliques, des blocs d'angle de supports métalliques, des colonnes verticales de support au sol et des éléments de liaison. Des bords longs sur deux côtés de chaque coffrage métallique sont reliés au coffrage, des bords courts sur deux côtés de chaque coffrage métallique sont reliés aux blocs de coin des supports métalliques, et les périphéries des blocs de coin de support métalliques sont reliées aux formes métalliques.
