Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schnellwechsler (10; 110) als Teil eines Schnellwechselsystems für Baumaschinen umfassend - ein Gehäuse (12; 112) mit zwei entgegengesetzt liegenden Längswänden (18), zwei entgegengesetzt liegenden Querwänden (20), einer Oberseite und einer Unterseite, - einen Blockzylinder (28, 30) im Innern des Gehäuses (12; 112), - eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (24) mit wenigstens einem Riegelbolzen (54; • 154) und einer Antriebsvorrichtung, wobei der wenigstens eine Riegelbolzen (54; 154) in einer verriegelten Stellung aus einer der beiden Querwände (20) herausragt, - wenigstens ein Kupplungselement erster Art (32) mit einem Kupplungsendabschnitt (31) und wenigstens ein Kupplungselement zweiter Art (36; 136) mit einem Kupplungsendabschnitt (35), - wobei das wenigstens eine Kupplungselement erster Art (32) und das wenigstens eine Kupplungselement zweiter Art (36; 136) hydraulisch miteinander verbunden sind und - wobei das wenigstens eine Kupplungselement zweiter Art (36; 136) an einer der beiden Längswände (18) des Gehäuses (12; 112) angeordnet ist.

L'invention concerne une unité à changement rapide (10 ; 110) telle qu'une partie d'un système à changement rapide destiné à des machines de construction comprenant : un carter (12 ; 112) présentant deux parois longitudinales (18) opposées l'une à l'autre, deux parois transversales (20) en regard l'une de l'autre, un côté supérieur et un côté inférieur ; un cylindre de bloc (28, 30) à l'intérieur du carter (12 ; 112) ; un appareil de verrouillage (24) ayant au moins un boulon de verrouillage (54 ; 154) et un dispositif d'entraînement, dans une position verrouillée, l'au moins un boulon de verrouillage (54 ; 154) faisant saillie hors de l'une des deux parois transversales (20) ; au moins un élément de couplage d'un premier type (32) ayant une partie d'extrémité de couplage (31) et au moins un élément de couplage d'un second type (36 ; 136) ayant une partie d'extrémité de couplage (35), l'au moins un élément de couplage du premier type (32) et l'au moins un élément de couplage du second type (36 ; 136) étant reliés hydrauliquement l'un à l'autre et l'au moins un élément de couplage du second type (36 ; 136) étant agencé sur l'une des deux parois longitudinales (18) du carter (12 ;112).
