The invention pertains to the construction industry. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system and method using forms for building solid concrete structural walls. The walls are concreted with the aid of forms that are assembled in situ. The invention comprises a system and method using internal integral panels (4) in an expansion and retraction configuration. In the expansion configuration, one or more stripping panels (5) are coupled adjacent to an internal integral panel (4) forming a form for filling with concrete (10) and creating the moulded concrete walls of the building. In the retraction configuration, the internal integral panels (4) are coupled to each other forming a hoistable structured unit, the hoisting taking place by means of mechanical lifting equipment. The structured units are transported from one block to another in order to erect the building.
L'invention relève du domaine de la construction civile. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un système et un procédé utilisant des coffrages destinés à la construction de murs structuraux robustes de béton. Les murs sont bétonnés à l'aide de coffrages qui sont montés sur site. L'invention concerne un système et un procédé utilisant des panneaux monoblocs intérieurs (4) dans une configuration d'extension et de rétraction. En configuration d'extension, un ou plusieurs panneaux de décoffrage (5) sont accouplés au voisinage d'un panneau monobloc intérieur (4) définissant un coffrage destiné à être rempli de béton (10) et à former les murs de béton moulés du bâtiment. En configuration de rétraction, les panneaux monoblocs intérieurs (4) sont accouplés entre eux de manière à former un ensemble structuré élevable, l'élévation étant réalisée au moyen d'un équipement mécanique d'élévation. Les ensembles structurés sont transportés d'un bloc à l'autre en vue de l'érection du bâtiment.
A invenção pertence ao campo da construção civil. Mais especificamente a presente invenção trata de um sistema e método que utiliza fôrmas para construir paredes estruturais maciças de concreto. As paredes são concretadas com o auxílio de formas que são montadas in loco. A invenção compreende um sistema e método que utiliza painéis inteiriços internos (4) em uma configuração de expansão e retração. Na configuração de expansão um ou mais painéis de desforma (5) são acoplados adjacentes a um painel inteiriço interno (4) configurando uma fôrma para ser preenchida com concreto (10) e criar as paredes de concreto moldadas da edificação. Na configuração de retração os painéis inteiriços internos (4) são acoplados entre si formando um conjunto estruturado içável, sendo que o içamento ocorre por meio de um equipamento mecânico de elevação. Os conjuntos estruturados são transportados de um bloco para o outro a fim de se erguer a edificação.
