The building foundation 2 has a structure comprising a concrete foundation body 21 provided at least below each side wall 3, and connection parts 22 formed by providing planer vertical surfaces standing from the foundation body 21 in a direction substantially aligned with the formation direction of each side wall. Each side wall 3 has a structure comprising a plurality of wooden columnar members 35, 36 standing with axes thereof in the vertical direction and with lower parts thereof aligned in a row along the connection parts 22, and a coupling structure part coupling the adjacent columnar members 35, 36. The roof 4 is provided to cover an upper part of an inner region surrounded by the side walls 3.
