VEHICLE ELEVATOR DEVICE FOR VERTICAL PARKING OF INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLDS IN COLLECTIVE BUILDING, AND STANDBY PARKING SYSTEM AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING SYSTEM USING SAME
The present invention relates to a vehicle elevator device for a collective building, and a standby parking system and an electric vehicle charging system using same, and, more specifically, provided are: a vehicle elevator device for vertical parking of individual households in a collective building, the device having a parking space as a common space next to individual-use-only spaces in the collective building, and enabling vehicles to move and to be parked in the parking space; a standby parking system, which allows parking and exiting according to the reservation of a user during a time slot of high demand for parking and exiting, such as during rush hour, so as to minimize waiting time for parking and exiting; and an electric vehicle charging system for enabling electric vehicle charging by using the parking spaces of individual households.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'ascenseur pour véhicule d'un bâtiment collectif, un système de stationnement d'attente et un système de charge de véhicule électrique l'utilisant, et, plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne : un dispositif d'ascenseur pour véhicule destiné au stationnement vertical de ménages individuels dans un bâtiment collectif, le dispositif ayant un espace de stationnement en tant qu'espace commun à côté des espaces uniquement à usage individuel dans le bâtiment collectif, et permettant aux véhicules de se déplacer et d'être stationnés dans l'espace de stationnement ; un système de stationnement d'attente, qui permet le stationnement et la sortie en fonction de la réservation d'un utilisateur pendant une tranche de temps de demande élevée pour le stationnement et la sortie, par exemple pendant une heure de pointe, de façon à réduire au minimum le temps d'attente pour le stationnement et la sortie ; et un système de charge de véhicule électrique pour permettre une charge de véhicule électrique à l'aide des espaces de stationnement de ménages individuels.
본 발명은 집합건물용 차량 엘이베이터 장치 및 이를 이용한 대기 주차 시스템 및 전기차 충전 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상게하게는 집합 건물의 개별 전용 공간 옆에 공용 공간으로 주차 공간을 구비하고, 상기 주차 공간에 자동차를 이동시켜 주차할 수 있는 집합건물 개별 세대 수직 주차용 차량 엘리베이터 장치를 제공하고, 출퇴근 시간과 같이 주차 및 출차 수요가 몰리는 시간대에 유저의 예약에 따라 주차 및 출차를 진행함으로써 주차 및 출차에 따른 대기시간을 최소화할 수 있는 대기 주차 시스템을 제공하고, 개별 세대의 주차장 공간을 이용하여 전기차 충천이 가능한 전기차 충전 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
