MICROWAVE ENHANCED CONCRETE PULTRUSION
Method (300), system (100) and apparatus for performing pultrusion moulding with concrete. One exemplary method (300) includes (i) conveying a textile material (120) through a concrete infusion system (104) to provide a concrete infused textile material (CITM); (ii) heating and shaping the CITM by conveying the CITM through a microwave chamber (106) comprising an electrically non-conductive die (110) disposed therein, the microwave chamber (106) operable to heat concrete infused in the textile material (120) by irradiating the CITM with microwave energy as the CITM is conveyed through the microwave chamber (106), and the die (110) operable to shape the CITM as the CITM is conveyed through the microwave chamber (106); (iii) cooling the CITM by conveying the CITM through a cool down chamber (112) operable to maintain heat in the CITM as the CITM is conveyed through the cooling chamber (112), allowing the concrete to cure while a temperature of the CITM is reduced.
Procédé (300), système (100) et appareil permettant de réaliser un moulage par pultrusion au moyen de béton. Un procédé (300) donné à titre d'exemple connsiste (i) à transporter un matériau textile (120) par l'intermédiaire d'un système d'infusion de béton (104) pour fournir un matériau textile infusé de béton (CITM) ; (ii) à chauffer et à mettre en forme le CITM par transport du CITM à travers une chambre à micro-ondes (106) comprenant une matrice non électroconductrice (110) disposée à l'intérieur de cette dernière, la chambre à micro-ondes (106) permettant de chauffer le béton infusé dans le matériau textile (120) par exposition du CITM à de l'énergie micro-onde lorsque le CITM est transporté à travers la chambre à micro-ondes (106), et la matrice (110) permettant de mettre en forme le CITM lorsque le CITM est transporté à travers la chambre à micro-ondes (106) ; (iii) à refroidir le CITM par transport du CITM à travers une chambre de refroidissement (112) permettant de maintenir la chaleur dans le CITM lorsque le CITM est transporté à travers la chambre de refroidissement (112), ce qui permet au béton de durcir tandis que la température du CITM est réduite.
