Der Ausleger (7) ist mindestens um eine senkrecht zur Deckenfläche (2a) orientierte Vertikalachse (VA) des Hauptgelenks (3) schwenkbar mit dem Basisträger (4) verbunden und das Sonnenschutzelement (11) ist über eine Gelenkanordnung (9) schwenkbar um mindestens zwei Achsen (A1, A2) und in einer Schwenkposition fixierbar mit dem Ende (7e) des Auslegers (7) verbunden.
