Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines faserverstärkten polymeren Endlosprofils (1), wobei das vorzugsweise mindestens eine Hohlkammer (2, 2') aufweisende Endlosprofil (1) ein Kernprofil (10) aufweist, das mit Hilfe eines Pultrusionsverfahrens hergestellt wird, und wobei während des Pultrusionsverfahrens in die polymere Matrix (4) des Kernprofils (10) mindestens ein endloser Strang mit Verstärkungsfasern (5) integriert wird. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Aushärtung des Kernprofils (10) mittels eines Dual-Cure-Verfahrens.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'un élément profilé continu polymère renforcé par des fibres (1), l'élément profilé continu (1), ayant de préférence au moins une chambre creuse (2, 2'), comprenant un profil d'âme (10) qui peut être produit au moyen d'un procédé de pultrusion, et au cours du processus de pultrusion, au moins un brin continu ayant des fibres de renforcement (5) étant intégré dans la matrice polymère (4) du profil d'âme (10).
