The current invention relates to a profile assembly comprising a first profile involving a profile section mainly extending in a longitudinal direction with a primarily U-shaped cross section for receiving and clamping a glass panel. The U-shaped profile section comprises a first and second edge, wherein the first and second edges extend toward each other from the opposite upstanding sides in a transverse direction; and a glass panel opening that extends between the first and second edges. The first edge comprises a first channel that extends to the glass panel opening in the transverse direction. The current invention also includes a method for installing this type of profile assembly.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble profilé comprenant un premier profilé comportant une section de profilé s'étendant principalement dans la direction longitudinale avec une section transversale essentiellement en forme de U pour recevoir et serrer un panneau de verre. La section de profilé en forme de U comprend un premier et un second bord, les premier et second bords s'étendant l'un vers l'autre à partir des côtés verticaux opposés dans une direction transversale ; et une ouverture de panneau de verre qui s'étend entre les premier et second bords. Le premier bord comprend un premier canal qui s'étend jusqu'à l'ouverture du panneau de verre dans la direction transversale.
