A cabin for quarantine and epidemic prevention. The cabin comprises multiple compartments and can be divided into a waiting area and a diagnosis and treatment area; the waiting area comprises a waiting unit and an aisle, the aisle is connected to the diagnosis and treatment area, and the waiting unit is connected to the aisle; the diagnosis and treatment area comprises a control unit, a buffer unit, and an isolation inspection unit, the isolation inspection unit is connected to the aisle, and the buffer unit is connected to the control unit and the isolation inspection unit, respectively; positive and negative air pressure hierarchical control is configured to the diagnosis and treatment area, the control unit is at the highest air pressure and followed by the buffer unit, and the isolation inspection unit is at the lowest air pressure; the side of the bottom surface of the diagnosis and treatment area opposite to the ground is provided with an air outlet guiding unit, the air outlet guiding unit is a curved space, the top surface of the diagnosis and treatment area is provided with an air inlet, and the bottom surface of the diagnosis and treatment area is provided with an air outlet.
