VERBINDER FÜR EIN MODULGERÜST, MODULGERÜST, VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINES MODULGERÜSTS SOWIE VERWENDUNG EINES VERBINDERS
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verbinder (200) für ein Modulgerüst (100), umfassend - ein Verbindungsrohr (210), das zur Verbindung mit mindestens einem Vertikalstiel (300) an zumindest einem Ende, vorzugsweise an beiden Enden, einen Rohrabschnitt (211) mit vergrößertem Außen- und/oder Innendurchmesser aufweist, sowie - ein Verbindungselement (220), das zur Verbindung mit mindestens einem Horizontalriegel (400) und/oder einer Diagonalstrebe (500) mindestens eine Aufnahmeausnehmung (221, 222) aufweist, wobei das Verbindungselement (220) mittelbar über einen Ausleger (230) oder unmittelbar außenumfangseitig am Verbindungsrohr (210) befestigt ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Modulgerüst, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Modulgerüsts sowie eine Verwendung eines Verbinders innerhalb eines Modulgerüsts.
The invention relates to a coupler (200) for a modular scaffold (100), comprising - a coupling tube (210) which, for coupling to at least one standard (300), has at least at one end, preferably at both ends, a tubular portion (211) having a greater external and/or internal diameter, and - a coupling element (220) which, for coupling to at least one ledger (400) and/or a diagonal brace (500), has at least one receiving recess (221, 222), the coupling element (220) being fastened indirectly, via a bracket (230), or directly to the outer circumference of the coupling tube (210). Furthermore, the invention relates to a modular scaffold, a method for producing such a modular scaffold and use of a coupler within the modular scaffold.
L'invention concerne un coupleur (200) pour un échafaudage modulaire (100), comprenant - un tube de couplage (210) qui, pour se coupler à au moins un montant (300), présente au moins à une extrémité, de préférence aux deux extrémités, une partie tubulaire (211) ayant un diamètre externe et/ou interne supérieur, et - un élément de couplage (220) qui, pour se coupler à au moins une moise (400) et/ou une entretoise diagonale (500), présente au moins un évidement de réception (221, 222), l'élément de couplage (220) étant fixé indirectement, via un support (230), ou directement à la circonférence extérieure du tube de couplage (210). En outre, l'invention concerne un échafaudage modulaire, un procédé de production d'un tel échafaudage modulaire et l'utilisation d'un coupleur à l'intérieur de l'échafaudage modulaire.
