L'invention concerne un élément de construction de paroi (300) de longueur variable pour construire une cloison sèche comprenant un profilé (200), et un élément de raccordement (100) guidé mobile à l'intérieur du profilé (200), l'élément de raccordement (100) et le profilé (200) ayant chacun au niveau de leurs parties d'extrémité libres (101, 201) au moins une position d'ancrage (102, 202) pour les éléments d'ancrage (102, 103), l'élément de liaison (100) présente au moins deux parties fonctionnelles (110, 120), et la première partie fonctionnelle (110) a une section transversale plus petite que la seconde partie fonctionnelle (120), et la seconde partie fonctionnelle (120), au moins en partie, s'appuie par complémentarité de forme contre les surfaces intérieures du profilé (200) avec toute sa section transversale extérieure.
