The present invention relates to a door body structure and a mounting method. The door body structure comprises a glass door and a foaming door body which are detachably assembled together; a first guide portion, a first matching portion, and a first bearing portion are provided on the glass door; a second guide portion, a second matching portion, and a second bearing portion are provided on the foaming door body; and the first matching portion can be snap-fitted to or separated from the second matching portion. According to the present invention, the reliability of hanging and fixing of the glass door and the foaming door body can be improved, and an overall appearance effect of the door body structure is ensured.
