The invention relates to a method (100) for producing a prefabrication element and to a construction binder comprising a green clay matrix, a deflocculation agent and an activation composition, wherein: - the green clay matrix comprises at least one green clay from the family of smectites; - the at least one green clay from the family of smectites represents at least 20% by weight of the construction binder; and - the construction binder comprises less than 15% by weight of Portland cement.
L'invention porte sur un procédé (100) de réalisation d'un élément de préfabrication et sur un liant de construction comportant une matrice argileuse crue, un agent de défloculation et une composition d'activation, dans lequel : - la matrice argileuse crue comporte au moins une argile crue de la famille des smectites; - l'au moins une argile crue de la famille des smectites représente au moins 20% en poids du liant de construction; et - le liant de construction comprend moins de 15 % en poids de ciment Portland.
