Zirconia toughened alumina composite ceramic slurry is subjected to photo-curing molding to obtain a molded green body, the molded green body is subjected to vacuum debinding and then air debinding, and high temperature sintering is carried out to obtain the zirconia toughened alumina ceramic tool. The present application aims to solve the technical problems of low precision, high cost, long cycle, and incapability in forming chip-breaking grooves or other complex-shaped surface patterns during preparation of zirconia toughened alumina ceramic tools in the prior art.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de coupe en céramique d'alumine renforcée par de la zircone, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation associé. Selon l'invention, un coulis de céramique composite d'alumine renforcée par de la zircone est soumis à un moulage par photo-durcissement pour obtenir une ébauche crue moulée, l'ébauche crue moulée est soumise à un déliantage sous vide puis à un déliantage sous air, et un frittage à haute température est effectué pour obtenir l'outil céramique en alumine renforcée par de la zircone. La présente invention vise à résoudre les problèmes techniques des antériorités liés à une faible précision, un coût élevé, un cycle long et à l'incapacité à former des rainures brise-copeau ou autres motifs de surface de forme complexe pendant la préparation d'outils en céramique d'alumine renforcée par de la zircone.
