According to the intelligent ground lock and working method therefor provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle of an owner may be intelligently determined, and the ground lock apparatus automatically switches on and off, thus achieving for the user the intervention-free experience of unlocking when parking a vehicle and locking when leaving.
