VERFAHREN ZUM MODIFIZIEREN DER OBERFLÄCHE EINES MINERALISCHEN SUBSTRATS UND ENTSPRECHEND MODIFIZIERTES PRODUKT
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Modifizieren einer Oberfläche eines mineralischen Substrats, wobei eine Zusammensetzung, welche wenigstens ein in einem wässrigen oder alkoholischen Lösemittel gelöstes, optional hydrolysiertes oder teilweise hydrolysiertes, Titan-Alkoholat umfasst, auf die Oberfläche aufgebracht und einer Wärmebehandlung bei einer Temperatur in einem Bereich von 800 °C bis 1350 °C unterzogen wird, wobei sich an der modifizierten Oberfläche freiliegende Titan-haltige Mischkristall-Strukturen bilden, die von Titandioxid verschieden sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter ein gemäß dem Verfahren erhältliches Produkt mit modifizierter Oberfläche.
The invention relates to a method for modifying a surface of a mineral substrate, wherein a composition, which comprises at least one optionally hydrolyzed or partially hydrolyzed titanium alcoholate dissolved in an aqueous or alcoholic solvent, is applied onto the surface and subjected to a thermal treatment at a temperature in a range from 800 °C to 1350 °C, wherein exposed titanium-containing mixed crystal structures, which are different from titanium dioxide, are formed on the modified surface. The invention also relates to a product having a modified surface, which can be obtained according to this method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de modification d'une surface d'un substrat minéral, une composition, qui comprend au moins un alcoolate de titane éventuellement hydrolysé ou partiellement hydrolysé dissous dans un solvant aqueux ou alcoolique, est appliquée sur la surface et soumise à un traitement thermique à une température comprise entre 800 °C et 1 350 °C, des structures cristallines mixtes exposées contenant du titane, qui sont différentes du dioxyde de titane, étant formées sur la surface modifiée. L'invention concerne également un produit ayant une surface modifiée, qui peut être obtenu selon ce procédé.
