HIGH-THERMAL-CONDUCTIVITY HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL
[Problem] To provide a high-thermal-conductivity heat insulation material with which it is possible to: inhibit the high-thermal-conductivity heat insulation material from hindering an increase in temperature of a refractory during preheating, enabling a reduction in the preheating time; and improve the heat insulation performance after preheating. [Solution] This high-thermal-conductivity heat insulation material 1 is for coating the surface of a refractory used for casting, and contains a thermal-conductivity-imparting substance. It is therefore possible to: inhibit the heat insulation material from hindering an increase in temperature of the refractory during preheating, enabling a reduction in the preheating time; and improve the heat insulation performance by burning away and thereby forming a space.
[Problème] Fournir un matériau d'isolation thermique à conductivité thermique élevée avec lequel il est possible de : empêcher le matériau d'isolation thermique à conductivité thermique élevée d'interférer avec une augmentation de température d'un réfractaire pendant un préchauffage, permettre une réduction du temps de préchauffage ; et améliorer les performances d'isolation thermique après le préchauffage. [Solution] La présente invention concerne un matériau d'isolation thermique à conductivité thermique élevée 1 qui est destiné à revêtir la surface d'un réfractaire utilisé pour une coulée, et contient une substance conférant une conductivité thermique. Il est donc possible de : empêcher le matériau d'isolation thermique d'interférer avec une augmentation de température du réfractaire pendant un préchauffage, ce qui permet une réduction du temps de préchauffage ; et améliorer les performances d'isolation thermique par combustion et en formant ainsi un espace.
【課題】本発明の課題は、予熱時に耐火物の温度上昇を妨げることを低減でき、予熱時間を短縮できると共に、予熱後には断熱性を向上させることができる高熱伝導性断熱材を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明の高熱伝導性断熱材１は、鋳造に使用される耐火物の表面をコーティングする断熱材であって熱伝導性付与物質を含有している。このため、予熱時に耐火物の温度上昇を妨げることを低減でき、予熱時間を短縮することができると共に、焼失することで空間を形成し断熱性を向上させることができる。
