The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hollow turbomachine part made of composite material, comprising at least: - the production of a fibrous blank (100) in one piece by three-dimensional weaving of threads, the blank comprising at least one disconnection (102) forming an internal cavity, - the insertion of a shaping piece (140) into the internal cavity of the fibrous blank (100) to obtain a preform, - the densification of the preform with a matrix to obtain a structure having a fibrous reinforcement formed by the preform and densified by the matrix, the method being characterized in that the shaping piece (140) is flexible and in that the shaping piece (140) is removed mechanically from the structure after the densification step.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite creuse comprenant au moins : - la réalisation d'une ébauche fibreuse (100) en une seule pièce par tissage tridimensionnel de fils, ladite ébauche comprenant au moins une déliaison (102) formant une cavité interne, - l'insertion d'une pièce de conformation (140) dans la cavité interne de l'ébauche fibreuse (100) pour obtenir une préforme, - la densification de la préforme par une matrice pour obtenir une structure ayant un renfort fibreux constitué par ladite préforme et densifié par ladite matrice, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que la pièce de conformation (140) est flexible et en ce que la pièce de conformation (140) est retirée mécaniquement de la structure après l'étape de densification.
