Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gerüststiel, insbesondere zum vertikal orientierten Einbau in einen Gerüstabschnitt, umfassend einen Basisstiel, welcher sich entlang einer Längsachse erstreckt, zumindest eine Verbindungsscheibe, welche aamm Basisstiel befestigt ist, wobei die Verbindungsscheibe den Basisstiel umschließt und in radialer Richtung zur Längsachse und in Umfangsrichtung um den gesamten Basisstiel herum vorsteht, zumindest zwei Anschlusshaken, welche an einer äußeren Umfangsfläche des Basisstiels befestigt sind und sich in einer Draufsicht aus einer Ebene senkrecht zur Längsachse, in einer Erstreckungsrichtung, radial weg von der Längsachse erstrecken und zumindest zwei Teilverbindungsscheiben, welche am Basisstiel befestigt sind, wobei die Teilverbindungsscheiben in radialer Richtung zur Längsachse, in Umfangsrichtung um den Basisstiel herum betrachtet, über den Basisstiel unterschiedlich weit vorstehen. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin einen Gerüstabschnitt mit einem Basisstiel und ein Verfahren zum Aufbau eines solchen Gerüstabschnittes.
