FIXTURE AND FIXING DEVICE
A fixture (6) for attaching a plate-like solar module (2) to a base member (20), the fixture (6) comprising: a basal portion (60) fixed to the base member (20) by a bolt 24 and a nut 25; a regulating portion (61) provided on the basal portion (60) and which regulates the movement of the solar module (2); and a biasing portion (44) provided between the basal portion (60) and a side of the base member (20) with respect to the basal portion (60), and which is pressed and deformed by the basal portion (60) when the basal portion (60) is fixed to the base member (20). In a fixed state in which the basal portion (60) is fixed to the base member (20), the biasing portion (44) is deformed to displace the regulating portion (61) into a first state (P1) in which the movement of the solar module (2) can be regulated. In a non-fixed state in which the basal portion (60) is not fixed to the base member (20), the regulating portion (61) is in a second state (P2) different from the first state (P1).
L'invention concerne un montage de fixation (6) permettant de fixer un module solaire en forme de plaque (2) à un élément de base (20). Ledit montage de fixation (6) comprend : une partie de base (60) fixée à l'élément de base (20) par un boulon (24) et un écrou (25); une partie de régulation (61) disposée sur la partie de base (60) et qui régule le mouvement du module solaire (2); et une partie de sollicitation (44) disposée entre la partie de base (60) et un côté de l'élément de base (20) par rapport à la partie de base (60), et qui est pressée et déformée par la partie de base (60) lorsque ladite partie de base (60) est fixée à l'élément de base (20). Dans un état fixe dans lequel la partie de base (60) est fixée à l'élément de base (20), la partie de sollicitation (44) est déformée pour déplacer la partie de régulation (61) dans un premier état (P1) dans lequel le mouvement du module solaire (2) peut être régulé. Dans un état non fixe dans lequel la partie de base (60) n'est pas fixée à l'élément de base (20), la partie de régulation (61) est dans un second état (P2) différent du premier état (P1).
