FLEXIBLE BRIDGE ABUTMENT
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for construction of a flexible bridge abutment. In a first aspect of the disclosed technology, there is provided a flexible bridge abutment, comprising: a retaining wall operable to support an embankment; and a column operable to support a deck, fixed to a diaphragm beam; wherein the retaining wall and the column are fixed to a common foundation element, and the diaphragm beam is free to move with respect to the retaining wall.
La présente divulgation se rapporte à un procédé et à un appareil permettant de construire une culée de pont souple. Dans un premier aspect de la technologie divulguée, l'invention concerne une culée de pont souple, comprenant : une paroi de retenue permettant de supporter un remblai ; et une colonne permettant de supporter un tablier, fixée à une poutre de diaphragme ; la paroi de retenue et la colonne étant fixées à un élément de fondation commun, et la poutre de diaphragme étant libre de se déplacer par rapport à la paroi de retenue.
