System (1) zur Montage von Fassadenplatten (10), aufweisend eine Zentrierhülse (2) mit einem Kragen (21) und einem Boden (22) und ein Befestigungselement (3) mit einem Kopf (32), einem Schaft (31) und einer Bohrspitze (33), wobei der Boden (22) der Zentrierhülse (2) mittels mindestens einer Sollbruchstelle (23) mit der restlichen Zentrierhülse verbunden ist und wobei der Boden (22) eine Öffnung (25) aufweist, in der der Schaft (31) des Befestigungselements (3) bei der Montage angeordnet ist und wobei der Schaft (31) des Befestigungselements (3) einen Vorsprung (34) aufweist, der ein Lösen des Bodens (22) an der Sollbruchstelle (23) verursacht, wenn sich das Befestigungselement (3) in einer vorbestimmten Position relativ zum Boden (22) der Zentrierhülse (2) befindet sowie ein entsprechendes Montageverfahren.
The invention relates to a system (1) for installing curtain walling panels (10), which has a centring sleeve (2) having a collar (21) and a base (22), and a fastening element (3) having a head (32), a shank (31) and a drilling tip (33), wherein: the base (22) of the centring sleeve (2) is connected by means of at least one break point (23) to the rest of the centring sleeve; the base (22) has an opening (25) in which the shank (31) of the fastening element (3) is positioned during installation; and the shank (31) of the fastening element (3) has a projection (34) which causes the base (22) to detach at the break point (23) when the fastening element (3) is located in a predetermined position relative to the base (22) of the centring sleeve (2). The invention also relates to a corresponding installation method.
Système (1) pour le montage de panneaux de façade (10), présentant une douille de centrage (2) pourvue d'une collerette (21) et d'un fond (22) et un élément de fixation (3) pourvu d'une tête (32), d'une tige (31) et d'une pointe de perçage (33), le fond (22) de la douille de centrage (2) étant relié au reste de la douille de centrage par au moins un point de rupture (23) et le fond (22) présentant une ouverture (25) dans laquelle la tige (31) de l'élément de fixation (3) est disposée lors du montage, et la tige (31) de l'élément de fixation (3) présentant une partie saillante (34) qui permet de détacher le fond (22) au niveau du point de rupture (23) lorsque l'élément de fixation (3) se trouve dans une position prédéterminée par rapport au fond (22) de la douille de centrage (2).
