ASSEMBLING PIPE FOR MOUNTING DOOR/WINDOW
An assembling pipe for mounting a door/a window, comprising: a first frame profile, a second frame profile, thermal-insulating strips, and at least two fasteners. Two sides of the first frame profile are each provided with a first snap-fit slot, and two sides of the second frame profile are each provided with a second snap-fit slot. The first snap-fit slots and the second snap-fit slots are configured to be connected to a door/a window having glass. At least one of the first frame profile and the second frame profile on a same side is provided with a mounting slot, and the fasteners are inserted into the mounting slots. After the assembling pipe is connected to the door/window, the fasteners are interposed between the door/window and the assembling pipe, and the fasteners are used for locking and fixing the door/window. The door/window and the assembling pipe are better tightly connected by means of the fasteners. When a small piece of door/window with glass mounted is conveyed to the site, the glass does not need to be disassembled, and only assembly needs to be performed by means of the assembling pipe. In this way, the on-site assembling process is greatly simplified, and the assembling efficiency is improved. The designed assembling pipe is simple in an assembling operation and easy to implement, can not only improve the assembling speed, but also ensure the performance of the assembled door/window.
L'invention concerne un tube d'assemblage pour le montage d'une porte/une fenêtre, comprenant : un premier profil de cadre, un second profil de cadre, des bandes d'isolation thermique et au moins deux éléments de fixation. Deux côtés du premier profil de cadre sont pourvus chacun d'une première fente à encliquetage, et deux côtés du second profil de cadre sont pourvus chacun d'une seconde fente à encliquetage. Les premières fentes à encliquetage et les secondes fentes à encliquetage sont conçues pour être reliées à une porte/une fenêtre comportant du verre. Le premier profil de cadre et/ou le second profil de cadre sur un même côté sont pourvus d'une fente de montage, et les éléments de fixation sont insérés dans les fentes de montage. Après la liaison du tube d'assemblage à la porte/la fenêtre, les éléments de fixation sont interposés entre la porte/la fenêtre et le tube d'assemblage, et les éléments de fixation sont utilisés pour verrouiller et fixer la porte/la fenêtre. La porte/la fenêtre et le tube d'assemblage sont mieux reliés grâce aux éléments de fixation.
