The invention relates to a building material and a method of producing same, which can be used for manufacturing railway and tramway sleepers, building blocks, partition walls, electrical insulation products, electrical accessories and other building products. The technical result of the invention is an improvement in the physical and mechanical properties of the material. The claimed sand and polymer mixture contains sand, a mixture of low-pressure linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and low-density high-pressure polyethylene (HPP), fibre, and a liquid phase containing a mixture of a sulphonated polycondensate, sodium sulphate, glycerol and water, in the following proportions in wt%: sand - 25-74; fibre - 5-15; polyethylene mixture - 15-60; liquid phase - 1-15.
L'invention concerne un matériau de construction et un procédé de production de celui-ci, lequel peut être utilisé afin de produire des traverses de chemin de fer et de tramway, des blocs de construction, des murs d'enceinte, des articles d'isolation électrique et de protection électrique et autres articles de construction. Le résultat technique de la présente invention consiste en une augmentation des propriétés physiques-mécaniques du matériau, lequel consiste en un mélange sable-polymère comprenant du sable, un mélange de polyéthylène linéaire basse densité et basse pression PEBDL et de polyéthylène haute pression basse densité PEHD, une fibre, et une phase liquide comprenant un mélange de polycondensat sulfuré, de sulfate de sodium, de glycérine et d'eau, ceci selon les proportions suivantes des composants en % en poids: sable 25-74; fibre 5-15; mélange de polyéthylènes 15-60; phase liquide 1-15.
