This entrance management system includes: an intercom slave unit (10) that is located in the periphery of a business office (110), and that acquires facial image data and voice data of a deliverer (60) and outputs a voice; an electric lock (30) provided on a door (113) of the business office (110); and a server (50). The server (50) acquires face image data of the deliverer (60) from the intercom slave unit (10) to perform face authentication on the deliverer (60), causes voice guidance to be output from the intercom slave unit (10) to the deliverer (60), acquires voice data on the response of the deliverer (60) to the voice guidance, performs voice response authentication on the deliverer (60) on the basis of the voice data of the acquired response, and unlocks the electric lock (30) when the face authentication is successful and the voice response authentication is successful.
