VERFAHREN ZUM BETRIEB EINER ANLAGE ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON ZEMENTKLINKER
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Anlage (100) zur Herstellung von Zementklinker, wobei die Anlage in Gasströmungsrichtung mindestens einen Klinkerkühler (110), mindestens einen Drehrohrofen (120), mindestens einen Calcinator (130), mindestens einen Wärmetauscherstrang (140), bestehend aus Wärmetauscherzyklonen (150, 151, 152), und mindestens eine Vorrichtung (160) zur Zerkleinerung von Rohmehl und/oder Zementklinker als Anlagenaggregate (AG) aufweist, und eine dazu korrespondierende Anlage (100) zur Herstellung von Zementklinker. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen ein Einhausen mindestens eines Anlagenaggregats (AG), wodurch das Anlagenaggregat (AG) eine zweite Hülle (200) gegenüber der Atmosphäre aufweist, und wobei die Einhausung als Hülle (200) über einem Verdichter (210) mit Prozessgas (P) beaufschlagt wird.

The invention envisages enclosing at least one plant unit (AG), whereby the plant unit (AG) is provided with a second covering (200) with respect to the atmosphere, and wherein the enclosure in the form of the covering (200) is subjected to process gas (P) by a compressor (210).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'une installation (100) de production de clinker de ciment, l'installation comprenant, en tant qu'unités de l'installation (AG) dans le sens d'écoulement gazeux, au moins un refroidisseur de clinker (110), au moins un four rotatif (120), au moins un four de calcination (130), au moins une ligne d'échangeurs de chaleur (140) constituée de cyclones échangeur de chaleur (150, 151, 152), et au moins un dispositif (160) de broyage de farine crue et/ou de clinker de ciment. L'invention concerne également une installation correspondante (100) pour produire du clinker de ciment. L'invention prévoit d'enfermer au moins une unité d'installation (AG), l'unité d'installation (AG) étant pourvue d'un second élément de recouvrement (200) par rapport à l'atmosphère, et l'enceinte sous la forme de l'élément de recouvrement (200) étant soumise à un gaz de traitement (P) par un compresseur (210).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Anlage (100) zur Herstellung von Zementklinker, wobei die Anlage in Gasströmungsrichtung mindestens einen Klinkerkühler (110), mindestens einen Drehrohrofen (120), mindestens einen Calcinator (130), mindestens einen Wärmetauscherstrang (140), bestehend aus Wärmetauscherzyklonen (150, 151, 152), und mindestens eine Vorrichtung (160) zur Zerkleinerung von Rohmehl und/oder Zementklinker als Anlagenaggregate (AG) aufweist, und eine dazu korrespondierende Anlage (100) zur Herstellung von Zementklinker. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen ein Einhausen mindestens eines Anlagenaggregats (AG), wodurch das Anlagenaggregat (AG) eine zweite Hülle (200) gegenüber der Atmosphäre aufweist, und wobei die Einhausung als Hülle (200) über einem Verdichter (210) mit Prozessgas (P) beaufschlagt wird.
