Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Armaturengehäuses (1) für eine Sanitärarmatur (2), zumindest aufweisend die folgenden Schritte: a) Bereitstellen zumindest einer Funktionskomponente (3.1, … 3.5) für die Sanitärarmatur (2); und b) Erzeugen des Armaturengehäuses (1) durch zumindest teilweises Umgießen der zumindest einen Funktionskomponente (3.1, … 3.5) mittels Thermoplast-Schaumspritzgießen. Zudem wird eine Sanitärarmatur (2) mit einem Armaturengehäuses (1) vorgeschlagen.
The invention relates to a method for producing a fitting housing (1) for a sanitary fitting (2), at least comprising the following steps: a) providing at least one functional component (3.1, … 3.5) for the sanitary fitting (2); and b) producing the fitting housing (1) by at least partially encapsulating the at least one functional component (3.1, … 3.5) by means of thermoplastic foam injection molding. The invention further relates to a sanitary fitting (2) with a fitting housing (1).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un carter d'appareil (1) destiné à un appareil sanitaire (2), comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : a) la préparation d'au moins un composant fonctionnel (3.1, ... 3.5) pour l'appareil sanitaire (2) ; et b) la réalisation du carter d'appareil (1) par encapsulation au moins partielle du ou des composants fonctionnels (3.1, ... 3.5) au moyen d'un moulage par injection de mousse thermoplastique. L'invention concerne en outre un appareil sanitaire (2) comprenant un carter d'appareil (1).
