A WALL TILE WITH POROUS COMPOSITE
The present invention provides porous composite for the manufacturing of wall tile. It also provides the process for making said porous composite. It mainly comprises organic bio-friendly materials selected from bagasse, pulpwood, and wheat sheet in combination with suitable filler(s) and binder. Preferably filler(s) is selected from corn flour, turmeric powder, and charcoal dust. The most preferable binder component is casein glue. The porous composite for a wall tile may be coated with moisture resistant material liquid paraffin wax used in the quantity ranging from 3% to 7% with respect to the total weight of said porous composite for coating.
La présente invention concerne un composite poreux pour la fabrication d'un carreau mural. L'invention concerne également le procédé de fabrication dudit composite poreux. Il comprend principalement des matériaux écologiques organiques choisis parmi la bagasse, le bois de pulpe et la feuille de blé en combinaison avec une ou plusieurs charges et un liant appropriés. De préférence une ou plusieurs charges sont choisies parmi la farine de maïs, la poudre de curcuma et la poussière de charbon de bois. Le composant liant le plus préférable est la colle de caséine. Le composite poreux pour un carreau mural peut être revêtu d'une cire de paraffine liquide résistant à l'humidité utilisée dans la quantité allant de 3 % à 7 % par rapport au poids total dudit composite poreux pour le revêtement.
