In the present invention, a first mobile body (10) comprises a request information transmission unit (37a). The request information transmission unit (37a) transmits request information (A) to a second mobile body (60) by wireless communication. The request information (A) is information asking for a signature (B2a) on identification information (A2a). The second mobile body (60) comprises a signature unit (84) and a reply information transmission unit (87b). The signature unit (84) affixes the signature (B2a) on the identification information (A2a) if the request information (A) is received from the first mobile body (10). The reply information transmission unit (87b) is capable of transmitting a certificate (B2), which is the identification information (A2a) with the signature (B2a) affixed thereto, to the first mobile body (10) by wireless communication.
