Provided are: a decorative sheet having an excellent design with a glossiness of 15 or less and having anti-fingerprint properties, high durability (particularly scratch resistance and stain resistance), and processability; and a method for producing the decorative sheet. A decorative sheet (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an original fabric layer (2) and a surface-protective layer (5), wherein: the surface-protective layer (5) has a glossiness of 15 or less, has a ridged portion disposed on the surface thereof so as to protrude in the shape of ridges, and has an uneven shape; and the surface-protective layer (5) is composed mainly of an ionizing-radiation-curable resin; the ionizing-radiation-curable resin comprises, as a main component, a tetrafunctional acrylic resin having a repeating structure, the number of repetitions of the repeating structure being 12 or greater; the ionizing-radiation-curable resin contains vinyl groups in an amount of 20% or less with respect to carbonyl groups contained in the ionizing-radiation-curable resin; and the RSm/Ra of the uneven shape of the surface-protective layer (5) is within a range of 10-300.
Sont fournis : une feuille décorative présentant une excellente attractivité esthétique avec une brillance de 15 ou moins et présentant des propriétés anti-traces de doigts, une durabilité élevée (en particulier une résistance aux rayures et aux taches), et une aptitude au traitement ; et un procédé de production de la feuille décorative. Une feuille décorative (1) selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend une couche de tissu d'origine (2) et une couche de protection de surface (5), la couche de protection de surface (5) présentant une brillance de 15 ou moins, présentant une partie nervurée disposée sur sa surface de manière à faire saillie sous la forme de crêtes et présentant une forme irrégulière ; et la couche de protection de surface (5) est composée principalement d'une résine durcissable par rayonnement ionisant ; la résine durcissable par rayonnement ionisant comprenant, en tant que composant principal, une résine acrylique tétrafonctionnelle présentant une structure répétitive, le nombre de répétitions de la structure répétitive étant de 12 ou plus ; la résine durcissable par rayonnement ionisant contenant des groupes vinyle en une quantité de 20 % ou moins par rapport à des groupes carbonyle contenus dans la résine durcissable par rayonnement ionisant ; et le RSm/Ra de la forme irrégulière de la couche de protection de surface (5) étant compris dans une plage de 10 à 300.
光沢度が１５以下である優れた意匠性を有し、かつ、耐指紋性と高度な耐久性（特に耐傷性や耐汚染性）と加工性とを有する化粧シート及びその製造方法を提供する。本実施形態に係る化粧シート（１）は、原反層（２）と表面保護層（５）とを備え、表面保護層（５）は、光沢度が１５以下であり、表面保護層（５）の表面に畝状に突出して設けられた畝状部を有し、凹凸形状が形成されており、表面保護層（５）は、主材料が電離放射線硬化性樹脂であり、その電離放射線硬化性樹脂は、主成分が繰り返し構造を含む４官能のアクリル樹脂であり、その繰り返し構造の繰り返し回数は１２以上であり、その電離放射線硬化性樹脂中に含有されるビニル基がその離放射線硬化性樹脂中に含有されるカルボニル基に対して２０％以下であり、表面保護層（５）の凹凸形状のＲＳｍ／Ｒａは１０以上３００以下の範囲内である。
