VERFAHREN ZUR BEHANDLUNG VON SALZHALTIGEN STÄUBEN
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von salzhaltigen Stäuben, die beim Betrieb industrieller Anlagen, z.B. in Müllverbrennungsanlagen oder beim Betrieb von Drehrohröfen, z.B. in Zementherstellungsanlagen oder Klinkerherstellungsanlagen, anfallen. Das Verfahren umfasst einen Schritt a) der Bildung einer wässrigen Lösung durch In-Kontakt-Bringen von salzhaltigen Stäuben mit einer wässrigen Phase; einen Schritt b) der Entfernung von Schwermetallen aus der wässrigen Lösung; und einen Schritt c) der Abtrennung von Alkalimetallchloriden aus der wässrigen Lösung; und das In-Kontakt-Bringen von salzhaltigen Stäuben mit einer wässrigen Phase in Schritt a) mittels einer mehrstufigen Anordnung, die von den salzhaltigen Stäuben und der wässrigen Phase in entgegengesetzter Richtung durchlaufen wird, erreicht wird.
The present invention relates to a method for treating salt-containing dusts which accumulate during operation of industrial plants, e.g. in waste incineration plants, or during operation of rotary kilns, e.g. in cement production plants or clinker production plants. The method comprises: a step a) of forming an aqueous solution by bringing salt-containing dusts into contact with an aqueous phase; a step b) of removing heavy metals from the aqueous solution; and a step c) of separating alkali metal chlorides from the aqueous solution; and salt-containing dusts are brought into contact with an aqueous solution in step a) by means of a multi-stage arrangement through which the salt-containing dusts and the aqueous phase pass in opposite directions.
La présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement de poussières contenant du sel qui s'accumulent pendant le fonctionnement d'installations industrielles, par exemple dans des installations d'incinération de déchets, ou pendant le fonctionnement de fours rotatifs, par exemple dans des installations de production de ciment ou des installations de production de clinker. La méthode comprend : une étape a) de formation d'une solution aqueuse par mise en contact de poussières contenant du sel avec une phase aqueuse ; une étape b) d'élimination de métaux lourds de la solution aqueuse ; et une étape c) de séparation de chlorures de métal alcalin de la solution aqueuse ; et des poussières contenant du sel sont mises en contact avec une solution aqueuse dans l'étape a) au moyen d'un agencement à étages multiples à travers lequel les poussières contenant du sel et la phase aqueuse passent dans des directions opposées.
