CONDUCTIVE PASTE
Provided is a conductive paste for an internal electrode of a layered ceramic capacitor, said conductive paste being capable of maintaining relatively high coverage even if the internal electrode constitutes a thin layer. The conductive paste is for forming an internal electrode (4, 5) of a layered ceramic capacitor (1) fabricated through a firing step and comprises a conductive metal powder, a ceramic powder, an organic solvent, and an organic binder. The conductive metal powder contains copper. At least a portion of the ceramic powder consists of an ABO3 type oxide having a specific ion radius in which the ratio of the ion radius in the 6-coordination of the element at the A site in ABO3 with respect to the ion radius in the 6-coordination of copper is 0.96-1.04.
L'invention concerne une pâte conductrice pour une électrode interne d'un condensateur céramique stratifié, ladite pâte conductrice étant apte à maintenir une couverture relativement élevée même si l'électrode interne constitue une couche mince. La pâte conductrice est destinée à former une électrode interne (4, 5) d'un condensateur céramique stratifié (1) fabriquée par une étape de cuisson, et comprend une poudre métallique conductrice, une poudre céramique, un solvant organique et un liant organique. La poudre métallique conductrice contient du cuivre. Au moins une partie de la poudre céramique est constituée d'un oxyde du type ABO3 ayant un rayon ionique spécifique, le rapport du rayon ionique en coordinence 6 de l'élément au niveau du site A dans ABO3 sur le rayon ionique en coordinence 6 du cuivre étant compris entre 0,96 et 1,04.
