The invention relates to a method for producing a part made of a composite material having a carbon matrix, the method comprising: • - impregnating a fibrous preform (21) of the part to be obtained with an impregnation suspension (22) comprising polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon precipitates in a liquid medium, so as to obtain a fibrous preform (31) loaded with the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon precipitates; and • - pyrolysing the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon precipitates in the loaded fibrous preform so as to form a carbon matrix; • and wherein the method further comprises, before the impregnation step: • - preparing the impregnation suspension, involving supplying a capture product comprising a capture solvent and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the dissolved state in the capture solvent, and a step of precipitating the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the capture solvent.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite à matrice carbone, comprenant : • - une imprégnation d'une préforme fibreuse (21) de la pièce à obtenir par une suspension d'imprégnation (22) comprenant des précipités d'hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques dans un milieu liquide, de sorte à obtenir une préforme fibreuse chargée (31) par lesdits précipités d'hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques, et • - une pyrolyse desdits précipités d'hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques dans la préforme fibreuse chargée de sorte à former une matrice de carbone, • et dans lequel le procédé comprend en outre, avant l'imprégnation, • - une préparation de la suspension d'imprégnation comprenant la fourniture d'un produit de capture comprenant un solvant de capture et les hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques à l'état dissous dans le solvant de capture, et une étape de précipitation des hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques dans le solvant de capture.
