SUBASSEMBLY FOR ENCLOSURE COMPONENT MANUFACTURE
An enclosure component having first surface layer, a core layer and a second surface layer. The core layer has three rectangular foam panels, each with a first edge, an opposed second edge, a third edge separating the first and second edges and an opposed fourth edge separating the first and second edges. The second and third foam panels are identical, and each has an internal passage between the first and second edges that is offset from the mid- point of the panel, and an elongate recess on a surface of the panel spanning the distance between the first and second edges. The fourth edge of the first panel is arranged side-by- side with the third edge of the second panel, and the third edge of the first panel is arranged side-by-side with the third edge of the third panel. An elongate reinforcement spline is in each recess. The first surface layer is bonded to the core layer, and the second surface layer is bonded to the core layer.
L'invention concerne un composant d'enceinte présentant une première couche de surface, une couche centrale et une seconde couche de surface. La couche centrale comporte trois panneaux en mousse rectangulaires dont chacun présente un premier bord, un deuxième bord opposé, un troisième bord séparant les premier et deuxième bords et un quatrième bord opposé séparant les premier et deuxième bords. Les deuxième et troisième panneaux en mousse sont identiques, et chacun présente un passage interne entre les premier et deuxième bords qui est décalé par rapport au point médian du panneau, et un évidement allongé sur une surface du panneau couvrant la distance entre les premier et deuxième bords. Le quatrième bord du premier panneau est agencé côte à côte avec le troisième bord du deuxième panneau, et le troisième bord du premier panneau est agencé côte à côte avec le troisième bord du troisième panneau. Une cannelure de renforcement allongée se trouve dans chaque évidement. La première couche de surface est liée à la couche centrale, et la seconde couche de surface est liée à la couche centrale.
