The invention relates to a method for cleaning at least one polluted mains pipe intended to carry drinking water, said method using an aqueous composition comprising at least one anionic surfactant approved for food contact, as well as the use of such an aqueous composition for cleaning a polluted mains pipe, in particular a drinking water infrastructure.
L'invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage d'au moins une canalisation polluée, destinée à acheminer de l'eau potable, ledit procédé mettant en œuvre une composition aqueuse comprenant au moins un tensioactif anionique homologué pour contact alimentaire, ainsi que l'utilisation d'une telle composition aqueuse pour nettoyer une canalisation polluée, en particulier d'une infrastructure d'eau potable.
