Disclosed in the present application are a snow-collecting mechanism and a snow-removing device. The snow-collecting mechanism is applied to the snow-removing device; the snow-collecting mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and two snow-collecting blades annularly arranged outside the rotating shaft; the snow-collecting blades are in the form of a spiral, and the two snow-collecting blades are symmetrical relative to the axis of the rotating shaft; the snow-collecting blades are fixedly connected to the rotating shaft; and the rotating shaft is arranged to be connected to a drive mechanism of the snow-removing device, and configured to be driven by the drive mechanism.
